You can manage your subscription anytime from your account.
All subscriptions are auto-renewing, including “gift” subscriptions, and can be canceled anytime, but the cancellation will be effective at the beginning of a new billing cycle. Subscriptions renew at the end of their renewal period – which is either 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months from the date of purchase.
Once you’ve placed an order for a subscription, you will be prompted to create a password. This lets you log in and manage your account at any time: you can view and change the shipping address on file, check on order status and retrieve tracking information, or cancel the renewal of the subscription.
Please note that we are not able to cancel shipments that have already left our facility. Removing the auto-renew function by setting your subscription to pending cancellation does not mean you will stop receiving your prepaid boxes. The self cancellation function only prevents subscriptions from renewing. If you set your subscription to pending cancellation after a renewal has taken place, you will still receive boxes monthly for the length of the renewal term. Your subscription is not considered cancelled unless you receive a cancellation confirmation from us.
In your initial order confirmation, and in every shipping notification, you will have a mention of the type of subscription you have and a link to go to your account if you need to manage any of the information.
