Description
The Ocean Science Discovery Box gives young marine biologists the opportunity to learn about ocean science and how pollution impacts the oceans and the marine biology of our precious seas. They’ll make their own “motion ocean” while learning about density and ocean wave formation, design coral reef bubble paintings, “save” felt sea life caught in nets and learn about bycatch, create a mock oil spill and learn about oil spill science, and make glowing jellyfish for bath time. In our Arctic Science Discovery Box, kids will explore the amazing Arctic with educational activities including an Ice Fishing Game that will keep them active and busy for hours, Beaded Snowflake Keepsakes, Giant Color Diffusing Snowflakes, Northern Lights Postcards they’ll be able to send to loved ones, Inuit Arctic Animal Masks that will teach little ones about Arctic species and Native communities in the far north and much more! With this box, your child will unlock their creative potential and create original Arctic activities while also learning about how to protect this special place.
