Rainforest Habitat Crafting
Supplies: burlap; colorful felt pieces; buttons; hot glue; scissors; additional decorations – pipe cleaners, yarn, and other collage materials you have on hand!
Step 1: cut burlap down to the size you want. Begin cutting felt to make tree trunk and leaves.
Step 2: glue the tree down. Then add grass to the bottom of the burlap.
Step 3: make an animal out of buttons, felt, pipe cleaners, or mixture. We made a monkey.
Step 4: we put bananas in the tree with pipe cleaners and made a sun out of felt. A toucan in a tree would be great too!
