Let the kids dress up in their patriotic outfits with this patriotic Uncle Sam craft!
Supplies: blue, white, and red construction paper; star stickers; glue; scissors; paper plate; cotton balls.
Step 1: Cut strips of red paper and glue them to blue paper for the stripes.
Step 2: Cut a brim for the top hat out of white paper and glue it to striped paper.
Step 3: Next cut the hole out of the center of the paper plate and glue it to the bottom of the hat. This will be the face part of the mask.
Step 4: Decorate the brim with stars!
Step 5: Add cotton balls to the beard of Uncle Sam
